We had a fantastic week's stay at Cypress by the Sea and loved every minute of it. The house is bright, clean, and quiet, with a lot of room to spread out. Two balconies make morning coffee and evening cocktails even better. The nearby beaches are lovely, and you can bike to a few of them. The cypress grove in the neighborhood is neat to stroll through. The clubhouse has an incredible infinity pool perfect for lounging away the day's heat. We would return in a heartbeat!

Location of this property is phenomenal - almost directly across the street to the beach access, literally a 5 minute walk. Also close to shopping and dining options; bike rental included with property was a nice plus. The property is a little dated but nice space. The kitchen is very small, so we didn’t cook dinner as much as we would have, it needs more plates/bowls (at least 1 for the # of guests). We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Crab dip! We loved thst the house was so clean and beautiful. It was in a great location and came with bikes and a golf cart, huge bonus! Oversee was very responsive in helping take care of any need that arose. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the tower room for sunrise and evening prayer time as well as late night games.
The pool was a hit with the kids. They could jump in early before the rest of the family was ready for the beach.
The beach was a short walk away- beautiful, white sand and gorgeous, gem-colored gulf waters.
We walked over to Seaside and enjoyed morning crepes on the main circle, the charming homes, and magical, tree-canopied, brick streets.
We biked through Seaside and along Western Lake to Dune Allen Park- a great ride! We hiked the trail and loved the flora shift from dunes to forested areas.

Oversee was a great company to rent from! They were very responsive and our rental was clean and ready right at check in time. They had many small details that really make you feel welcome! The rental was fully stocked with everything we needed for a week. The rental was conveniently located and close to tons of shopping and dining! I would highly recommend this company!

We rented this place with Air BnB. 2 couples and 6 children slept very comfortably and privately. Conveniently positioned with easy access to all things Santa Rosa. Beautiful House, easy check-in, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for the entire group. I highly recommend this home for your Santa rosa beach vacations.

Family Ties was the perfect house for two families on fall break. Kitchen is very well stocked. Bikes were great and well maintained. Beach View was incredible and perfect for watching the sunset!

The beds were so comfortable, the furniture as well - naps were truly wonderful after a day shopping nearby or a swim in the pool in the backyard! Such a great house and wish we could buy it!!
