I used Special Moments Catering and Events many times when I worked at Arizona State University. They were on time, great food, friendly staff. The price was great and I was so pleased that when I left ASU, I continued to use Special Moments Catering and Events for events for my nonprofit, Red Means Stop Traffic Safety Alliance. We hosted a special "Seeing Red" Dinner and Reception where Special Moments decorated the entire room in red, served red foods and desserts. Brad and his family make you feel like you are part of their family. They care about their customers and care about how their food tastes and is presented. I recommend them for all your catering needs from box lunches to formal events.

Special Moments Catering has been doing a wonderful job with our four-week Leadership Speaker Series! Each week they deliver and set up a scrumptious and beautiful array of breakfast items for our guests and speakers. We just keep hearing "WOW" when our attendees walk up to indulge!

The food is delicious, the 'mock mimosa' drink is a favorite and they even supplied flavor enhancements for the coffee!

We can't thank Special Moments enough for always going above and beyond at our events! They truly make it memorable!

From day one, our coordinator, Mimi Fiorillo literally took care of every detail required. It was hard to pick a menu because everything was so delicious. We loved the welcome that was set up from us as we drove into the establishment. This was the welcome sign that waited for us!

Special Moments has outdone themselves again! They did an amazing job taking a simple menu and presenting in a beautiful way! The food is always fresh and delicious with great ingredients. You won'g go wrong with Special Moments, and as a planner, they make me look like a hero/genius/ultimate host!

I used Special Moments recently for an Open House event for our new office space. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Working with Brad to create the menu and determine our needs was a great experience. His staff that I worked with leading up to the event were responsive and extremely helpful. Then, on the day of the event, the team that showed up were professional and extremely helpful. But most of all, the FOOD was FANTASTIC!! I received so many comments about how delicious everything was and we had many appetizers available. (I used Special Moments as they had catered an event for my previous employer that was also fantastic). Will definitely use again!

I was very impressed with all aspects of Special Moments Catering. From the design work of my event through their cleanup after the event. They were right on time. The food was exactly as ordered, and was delicious. The staff were all very courteous, friendly, professional and worked hard to please everyone. I would very much recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful team! Very friendly, helping, and accommodating. They allowed me to be able to actually enjoy the event I planned. The food was delicious (highly recommend the mini beef wellingtons) and was beautifully displayed. We had a fantastic bartender who was provided by them. The amount of food they recommended we order was perfect, we had some leftovers but not enough to make me feel like we ordered too much. On the front end, Mimi, their sales assistant, was very helpful. She answered all of my questions quickly and provided helpful suggestions. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely use them again.
