hawks stadium food truck festival. complete fail on beignets, my first clue was the fact that I was the only person in line and waited over 25 mins for my single order, they were not buttery light and fluffy. Shame it felt like they didn't even want to be there not a welcoming food truck

Had these guys out for a company party on Saturday and it immediately became my favorite in town. Not many trucks have good vegetarian options but A3 killed it. I had sweet potato tacos and plantain nachos and both were phenomenal!

I was looking forward to try the food.
I ordered the wrap. The Cuban was a disgrace.
Dam, where is the flavor, nothing. Just tasted like pork with no salt, no spices. Just plain pulled pork. Disappointing. $37 of no flavour. I could do better in my kitchen watching a YouTube video.

Hope you guys actually show up. Here is my review of this company:
Our second experience with this food truck. We, our neighborhood, will not be requesting them back. I felt the first time was a fluke, and was willing to give a second chance.
The first time was the day before Easter. We had our egg hunt. We invited them out. When the two ladies came, one was incredibly rude. She did not want to have a conversation. She was rude to some folks, and acted like she didn't want to be there. She left early. We were super bummed.

2nd time- our subdivision LOVES food trucks, so we thought we'd give it another go. We inquired about them coming back. She said yes. The day of, she sent our scheduler a message saying "I'm reaching out to see what other food trucks have made, because we need to make $700". Our scheduler sent her a message saying she had no idea but our food trucks are usually successful. Leading up to the event, the community promoted A3 in our newsletter, and community FB. People were excited and gearing up for tonight.
Well, A3 backed out on coming. This would NOT a problem but it was THE DAY of the event. Huge ich. She committed to come. Rather than take responsibility and accountability she chose to cancel. Plus she keeps messaging us. She's harassing us because we posted an honest review. It's gross. It's a turn off. Be better business owners and be responsibility.

A3 catering is everything you want in a catering AND food truck experience. I have personally had them for catering my in laws wedding and I have frequented the food truck several times. This is a locally owned and family ran business that uses their own family recipes. The owner, Lysvette, is from Puerto Rico and really brings in the flavors and deliciousness of the PR island foods!

A3 Catering - We hired Lysvette and her family to cater my sister in laws wedding for 100+ people. HOLY COW! Everything done by them was outstanding. We chose to have a giant taco bar and everything was freshly made. Lysvette threw in her special taco sauces (guacamole salsa, red sauce and green sauce) which were the perfect blend of spice to flavor. The meats were perfectly seasoned (not overly seasoned like most taco places) and tender. She served us all professionally and kindly as we bombared her for food. Ha. She brought all the things needed for food and eating. She was punctual, prepared, fairly priced and a joy to be around! Worth every penny and I will be using her again!!!!

Food Truck - I love love love everything about her food truck! I have yet to be disappointed or not satisfied with anything on her menu. My personal favorite are the empanadas, I order them every time (even if I get something else, I save them for later). Lysvette orders the shells from PR and I have never tasted anything like them, seriously the best. She makes everything else from scratch. The flavors of her food mixes so well with her creativity of her menu. I have not come across any other truck that matches her diverse menu, perfectly flavored food and fair prices. I live in Marsing Idaho and make special trips to Kuna and Nampa/Caldwell just for her food truck! Well worth giving her a try! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Lysvette Henderson, the owner of A3 catering is AMAZING! She catered my wedding and I received so many compliments on how DELICIOUS the food was. She is super friendly and caring, we had a super detailed tasting and she paid very close attention to our requests. The day of the wedding she was always very attentive and making sure that we had a great experience. I highly recommend her for catering your events! FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!

I’ve used A3 Catering for a party and Lysvette went above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly. Everyone raved about the food and the Cuban is bomb! I’ve visited the food truck at many events and food is always delicious. I highly recommend A3 Catering for your event or hit them up when you see their truck! You won’t be disappointed!!
