I decided to try a local appliance store for a washer and dryer. The sales lady greeted us upon entering and was very knowledgeable about the features. We were there for less than 15 minutes and decided on the set we wanted. While checking out, she inquired if they could make a delivery that same day. Turns out they could. We went to eat afterwards then returned home. Within a few minutes of returning home, they texted that they were on their way. In summary, we arrived at the store at 12:30 p.m., ordered by 12:45 p.m., and they were delivered and installed by 3:15 p.m. on the Friday before Labor Day. I will definitely be making all future appliance purchases here.

Bought a Kitchenaid refrigerator 1/25/19 plus a 5 yr warranty for a total of $3354.39 from CA Wilson. It was a pleasant experience and we felt good thinking we had found a company who was local that we could call on if needed. Fast forward 5 years. We received a letter from the warranty company in January of 2024 that our 5 year warranty was soon to expire did we want to extend it for another year. We decided to extend and paid another $119.00 for the 1 yr warranty. Fast forward to Wednesday July 3rd. We returned home (late)from a 3 day trip for a funeral and soon realized our frig/freezer wasn’t working. We called CA Wilson and also our warranty co but due to the holiday they were both closed. Friday the 5th we called CA Wilson and was told we needed to call Epic (the Warranty Co) first. So we called Epic and were told they would contact CA Wilson to set up a service call. Then Tonya at CA Wilson called and told us they had scheduled a service call for Tuesday the 9th and that was the earliest they could come out. Fast forward to Tuesday morning we get a call from Tonya at CA Wilson at 8:11 am telling us they can’t come out to service our refrigerator because we didn’t get the extended warranty from them. We told Tonya we assumed since it was the same warranty company as our 5 year warranty that CA Wilson sold us when we purchased the fridge that it was with them. She told us we should have called them to confirm it. Then Tonya told me they don’t do extended warranties after the 5 year warranty and that CA Wilson can’t service our refrigerator because of their contract with Epic the warranty company. So at this point we have a nonworking $3K+ Kitchenaid refrigerator, we have lost everything in the refrigerator waiting for a service call from the company we bought it from and find out the morning of the service call they can’t service our refrigerator because of their contract with the warranty company…..The same warranty company that called them to set up the service call. At this point we feel CA Wilson is like any other company. They bend over backwards to get your money but when you need them THEY DON’T CARE

Purchased Speed Queen washer yesterday . Mary Ann was very helpful and knew her products well. Delivery was made today following a couple of rain delays. Delivery personnel were great. Those living in Waxahachie and EllisCounty should definitely make a visit here the next time they need an appliance.

7/26/24 went in to buy 3 beds, and a new stove. I wasn’t greeted, nor acknowledged in any way. It’s only when I remarked to my daughter I rather pay more at Ashley’s that I was greeted, 25 mins after I’d walked in. The Older Caucasian woman with white hair, and the African American woman w/ braids in her mid thirties- early 40’s were rude, unprofessional, condescending, and I’ll be sure I don’t send any clients their way.

Me and my spouse have bought several appliances from CA Wilson in the last 3 years. We never experienced any problems in store with purchasing or the customer service in that aspect. The problem comes in when you have to have your appliance repaired. My dryer that I purchased from them a little over a year ago, has stopped working 3 times and all three times the process of getting the parts ordered and the repair scheduled have been less than acceptable. April, who oversees ordering parts and scheduling the repair does not do her job well, you will have to call and check on the status, you will have to call to get it scheduled. It’s now been 6 weeks since it stopped working for the third time- this time they realized while repairing it the second time that a wire would need to be replaced and I was told they would be ordering the part and coming to fix it, there has been no call from them to me. I’ve called several times to check on the status and still it has not been scheduled to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing your appliances from this store.

Destini was very well informed about the appliances, she was helpful and patient. The selection was good and the prices too. Location was easy to find with a beautiful new show room. We are very pleased with our purchase.
