Geweldige plaats om vanuit het hart van Utrecht een duik te nemen in haar rijke geschiedenis.
Prima ligging, schitterend pand.
Hadden de beschikking over de gehele derde etage. Mooie, warme gastheer en gastvrouw.

Looking to stay outside of Amsterdam but close enough by train? Looking for relaxing environments, historical architecture, great food and people? Then you've found your spot. Joyce and her husband are incredible hosts and made my family feel right at home!
We had everything we needed, local suggestions and even a walking tour Joyce had made up!
We HIGHLY recommend this spot!

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay in our Canal House . It was a perfect base to explore area . Hosts are welcoming and kind . Bed comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities were great . We loved sitting on the canal with a glass of wine or in sunny living room .Highly recommend to stay.
House is beautiful and in lovely area just short stroll out of hustle and bustle .Thank you

Extremely welcoming house in the heart of vibrant Utrecht- yet at the same time very cosy and quiet. Lovely living with great view over the canal. Amazing. The landlords are very welcoming and meet any needs that come up. Ideal for a small family (if you don’t need a kitchen) as it is just a few minutes away from plenty of restaurants, shops and the central station of Utrecht. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved Joyce’s apartment and had a wonderful stay. The house and all of Joyce’s decorative details are very authentic and we enjoyed staying in one of the original historic houses along the canals. Joyce and Ernst were great hosts and everything you would expect was made available with little touches of hospitality that went above and beyond. My father loved the bowl of sweets at the entrance and we also appreciated the accoutrements in the kitchen. We very much hope to visit again.

Beautiful 3rd floor appartment on canal - the old, quiet bit, but just minutes’ walk from all the bars and restaurants and the Dom tower. Amazing view through the tree tops, with lots of birds to listen to. Great terrace right by canal side to take morning coffee. The appartment is very well appointed - stylish, interesting. Has everything you need - microwave and fridge, tea coffee provided. Beds comfortable. Mezzanine bed is tucked away, so reasonable privacy from the double bed in the main bedroom. I stayed up there, and my mum in the main bedroom. Joyce and Ernst delightful and really helpful. Lots of really useful information about Utrecht and surrounding areas. We’d love to come back.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich ein Traum! Die Lage ist perfekt, die BesitzerInnen waren sehr freundlich und haben sich oftmals erkundigt, ob wir noch irgendwelche Wünsche haben. Das Apartment war super sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sollten Freunde nach Utrecht fahren, würde ich Ihnen diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen!
