Central location with clean, modern rooms and a convenient mini kitchen. For longer stays, guests can use the laundry room in the afternoons. The property is dog-friendly — a plus for pet owners, though something to consider for those with allergies.

The building is next to a rock bar, so it can be noisy on weekend nights. Staff are only present in the mornings, and security is fairly minimal.

All rooms have box-spring beds with only a thick topper, no proper mattress. After we raised this, we were given a medium-thick mattress — roughly the same thickness as the original topper. While adding it, we noticed one of the box-spring bases was actually broken. Three days after reporting it, we were moved to a different room. The first room also had a bad smell in the bathroom that would go away after the bleach was used. The second room did not have this problem.
