Ik bracht 3 werknemers onder in Via Suites voor 1 nacht, met een late check-in rond middernacht. Alle 3 lieten mij apart van elkaar weten dat de kamers zeer vies waren; zo vies zelfs dat 1 van hen vertrokken is. Na gelijk gesprek de volgende dag met de managers krijgen wij niets vergoed, omdat het probleem niet in de nacht is aangegeven bij de receptie en er dus niets meer achteraf te regelen is, ook niet voor de kamer die niet beslapen is. Jammer van de klandizie. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Geen televisie op de kamers. Personeel aardig Engels talig slech Nederlands sprekend. Inloop (voordeur) oogt rommelig. Binnenkant oogt netjes.

Le camere rispettano le descrizioni presentate sul sito, sono complete di frigo, bollitore e macchina del caffè. Rifornimento quotidiano di the in filtri e caffè in capsule.
Tutto lo staff è davvero molto gentile e competente, la posizione è a poco meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro M53 che in meno di 20 minuti arriva in centro e dalla stessa stazione, con la linea "Sprinter", arrivi direttamente dall'aeroporto.

Un piccolo consiglio per lo staff pulizie: essendo i mobili di colore nero, la polvere è molto evidente. Suggeriamo qualche attenzione in più nei passaggi quotidiani su mensole, tavolo e comodini☺️

Via Suites was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are large with a bedroom, seating area and kitchenette. Beds are comfortable and everything is well maintained and clean. Check-In is handled in the building next door which is a hostel, staff were friendly and very professional. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. I think my only complaint is that it's a little out of the way, but even then it's a fairly short walk to the nearest station (~700m).

3 kişilik bir aile için odalar çok güzel ve genişti. Odanın içinde buzdolabı,bulaşık makinesi ve mikrodalga fırının da olduğu kullanışlı mini bir mutfak var. Konum olarak şehir merkezine metro ile 10-15 dakika. Metroya yürüme mesafesinde. Amsterdam da şehir içi otelleri hem pahalı hem de küçük. Burası konum olarak iyiydi. Çok farklı ve eğlenceli girişte bir alanı var. Burayı da kullanabiliyorsunuz.Her şey harikaydı.

Séjour globalement agréable. La chambre était très correcte, bien agencée et confortable, même si la salle de bain était un peu exiguë. La décoration de l’hôtel est originale et donne une vrai identité au lieu. Petit bémol côté équipement : la TV ne propose que le Chromecast, ce qui peut être limitant. Le petit déjeuner est abordable, mais l’offre reste assez basique et pourrait être améliorée en termes de variété.

【優點】
位於交通機能良好的區域，周邊同時有NS火車站與Metro地鐵站，步行距離皆在可接受範圍內，交通選擇彈性高。附近也有Albert Heijn超市，日常生活採買非常方便。房內設施齊全，包含微波爐、完整的碗盤與餐具，以及膠囊咖啡機，對於中長期入住或偏好自理餐食的旅客來說非常實用。

整體環境位於大學城旁，治安良好且晚上十分安靜，入住期間讓人感到安心。另可使用隔壁Via Amsterdam的一樓公共設施與餐廳，增添更多便利性與彈性。此外，Check-in前可免費寄放行李，不像Via Amsterdam需要付費，對於提早抵達的旅客是一項貼心的服務。

【缺點】
主要是距離阿姆斯特丹市中心仍有一段距離，若以觀光或夜生活為主要目的，通勤時間會稍長。雖然飯店網站上有提及可提前辦理入住，但實際抵達時未能提供early check-in，有些落差。

Check-in流程需前往Via Amsterdam一樓櫃檯，大廳隨時等候人數都很多，整體流程耗時略長。此外，房內燈光略顯不足，晚間照明稍嫌昏暗，若有閱讀或工作需求可能不太足夠。

最後，房內的電視在入住期間無法正常使用，不確定是設備本身故障，還是我不會操作，也沒有明確的指示或說明。

【總結】
若不介意距離市中心略遠，這間飯店在設施、舒適度與安全性上都表現出色，是一個適合輕旅行或中長期住宿的穩定選擇。整體體驗令人滿意。

Aside from being slightly far from the city center, everything else was excellent.

【Pros】
The hotel is located in an area with solid public transport access, with both NS train and Metro stations nearby. Walking to either option is manageable, offering flexibility for getting around. An Albert Heijn supermarket is also within walking distance, which makes daily necessities easily accessible.

In-room amenities are a highlight. A microwave, a full set of dishes and cutlery, and a capsule coffee machine are provided, making the stay especially convenient for those who prefer to prepare their own meals or are staying for a longer period.

The hotel is situated next to a university area, which feels safe and remains very quiet at night. Guests also have access to the common areas and restaurant on the ground floor of the neighboring Via Amsterdam, adding to the convenience. Notably, luggage storage before check-in is free of charge here, which is an advantage over Via Amsterdam, where this service comes with a fee. This is particularly thoughtful for guests who arrive early.

【Cons】
The primary downside is the distance from central Amsterdam. While manageable, it might not be ideal for travelers prioritizing easy access to major attractions or nightlife.

Although the hotel's website mentions the option of early check-in, it was not available upon arrival, which created a slight inconsistency in expectations.

Check-in is handled at the Via Amsterdam front desk. When I arrived, there was a long queue, and the process took considerable time. Also, lighting in the room was somewhat dim, which might not be ideal for reading or working during the evening.

Lastly, the TV in the room was not functional during my stay. It was unclear whether the issue was due to a technical fault or unfamiliar controls, but the lack of guidance or clear instructions made the experience frustrating.

【Conclusion】
If you're comfortable staying slightly outside the city center, this hotel offers excellent comfort, amenities, and a quiet, safe environment. It's a solid choice for casual travelers or longer stays, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

Abbiamo alloggiato a Via Suites per due notti (scegliendo l’opzione appartamento rispetto all’ostello, gli edifici sono adiacenti). Prezzi non economici ma in linea con altri alloggi della città.
La camera aveva tutto il necessario per delle cene improvvisate (secondo me nel limite delle poche notti) ed era arredata in stile moderno. La struttura è lontana dal centro ma a pochi passi dai mezzi pubblici. Presente un supermercato nelle vicinanze. Valido il bar al pianterreno.
