Well, what a fantastic and quirky place to stay. Im really quite fussy about where i stay but this is worth all of the 5 stars. Firstly it's a converted pig style and retains alot of the original features. No that's not a urinal in the hall but a feed trough!!

We came over for 4 nights to visit the museums in Overloon and Arnhem and it was a perfect location. Well equipped, quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of parking and about an hours walk from the centre of Arnhem, and close to the major road routes.

If you are planning a short or even long stay, I highly recommend Happy. People.

Sehr schöne, saubere und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Unterkunft. Optimale Lage um z.B. Arnheim, Burgers´ Zoo oder Utrecht zu besuchen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben Urlaub vom 20. - 26. 05. Urlaub gemacht. So ein liebevolles eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Ich hab mich verliebt. So viele kleine Details. SUPER SAUBER. Der Familienhund war herzlich willkommen gewesen. Es war so erholsam. Danke ihr wart so tolle Gastgeber.

Wij verbleven hier in de laatste week voor onze emigratie naar Curacao. Leuk huisje met heerlijke bedden en een prima verblijf met onze dochter, hond en kat. Ondanks de stressvolle tijd genoten van de winteravonden op de bank met z'n drietjes. Mede door de centrale ligging zijn we hier terechtgekomen. Ineke is een fijne host, alles was prima geregeld en heel flexibel. Aanrader dus! Misschien komen we nog eens terug tijdens een verblijf in Nederland.

Beautiful place and super cute cat 🐈 but being asked an reimbursement 2 days after leaving is truthfully wrong on behalf of the owner. Agencies and smokers are the easiest targets groups for such type of accusations . That is the reason why situations like these should rather be confronted immediately with the actual guests and not with the booking agency after some time has lapsed. Although the beauty of the place , house and the greenery of the garden adds to the "gezellig"experience, controversies lead to an argumentative situation that unfortunately leads to this review on my part.

Attention! the lady who at first seems very kind and welcoming after two days of the stay she complained that she wanted 250 euros for damage, saying that we had smoked inside the house. This is absolutely not true as, moreover, smoke alarms were present in the house so it would have been impossible without her noticing it (she lives in the house opposite at a distance of about 3 meters). I always smoked outside in the garden, even bringing my personal ashtray to not leave even a little ash in the garden. At the end of my stay I sent a text message thanking her for the hospitality. Message to which she replied "thank you!" without complaining in the slightest about the presence of any problem in the house just left. It is absurd to say the least that these complaints come out within two days of the end of my stay. It is very easy for property owners, especially in the Netherlands, to steal money from smokers by accusing them of smoking inside homes or hotels. Now I have limited myself to google but if the lady does not withdraw the requests and stops doing these absurd pressures for an untrue thing I will continue to expand my negative reviews in other sites as well. This is not the way you behave with people who have respected the rules and even out of courtesy have done the dishwasher and thrown the garbage before leaving the house.

And please don't continue to sad not true things because we have not and never smoked in the house! It's easy to still money from the smokers saying that they have smoke in the house especially if they are young! In the house there were smoking alarm and you live very close, so you could hear them! so please don't continue to say infamous things only for having money. Please we were only 4 nurse and not young student comes in Nederland only to have the language exam not to do party or others things so please stop to ask money with no reason.

Heerlijk verblijf en heerlijk geslapen in deze fijne vakantiewoning. Prettige locatie net buiten Arnhem en dichtbij ligt de IJssel voor een mooi ommetje in de avond. Aardige en vriendelijke eigenaren.
