Jesteśmy niezadowoleni z wczorajszej wizyty w klubie. Zamiast skanować bilety jeden po drugim to biegają w trójkę miedzy tłum przez co wynikło duże nieporozumienie ponieważ nasze bilety zostały już zeskanowane przez jednego z pracowników, natomiast natkneliśmy sie na kolejnego pracownika, który znowu chciał nam je zeskanować, wszystko było by dobrze gdyby nie fakt że bilet może być tylko raz zeskanowany inaczej świecisz na czerwono że twój bilet został już użyty. Pracownik powiedział nam tylko przykro mi .Musieliśmy łaskawie znaleźć tego pierwszego pracownika żeby mógł potwierdzić czy nam je zeskanował. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z takim brakiem profesjonalizmu, zapłaciłem za bilet a zostaliśmy potraktowani jako oszuści. Gdybyśmy nie znaleźli pierwszego pracownika, musielibyśmy udać się do domu. Kolejna sprawa to ceny wzięte z kosmosu 20 euro za 3 shoty, ochroniarze myślą chyba że są tam bogami, mając pecha możesz zostać zgnieciony do ściany 😅

The bouncer that is going bald and had a beanie on tonight was really abusive. He kicked me out and even while I was cooperating and going outside he decided to sucker punch me behind the ear. There was no need for the violence and even the other bouncers and people sitting outside where appalled. I understand that dealing with drunk people every weekend can be a huge inconvenience but there is no excuse to overuse your power to abuse people who are willing to cooperate and go outside without causing trouble. I was basically out of the venue when he decided to punch me behind my head which is a very dangerous place to get hit as it can lead to serious injury especially if you manage to hit the spinal cord. Luckily he was very incompetent and I only got a headache but still there is no excuse to abuse somebody that is willingly cooperating with your orders and going outside on their own. Luckily the other staff was understanding and let me back inside but that was at the cost of getting hit for cooperating. I feel like the training for the staff should be improved and there should be rigorous check ups for who you hire because people who have an inferiority complex and violence tendencies shouldn’t be allowed to work here. I’m all for bouncers doing their jobs and being rigorous but sucker punching people who are cooperating with you and leaving on their own volition and being appropriate with the rules of the establishment even if they where only made aware of them at a certain point during the evening shouldn’t be a free ticket to physical abuse especially while being apologetic about it and being willing to leave whenever they were asked to. I didn’t mind the pushing and getting my hand in a painful handlock behind my back even though I was expressing the fact that I can leave without the physical aggression and I was clearly cooperating. The only thing I was offended by was the punch behind my ear as I was half outside the premises of the club as that was clearly uncalled for and completely unprofessional! Especially when the reason for my departure was something that the people behind the dj and the dj itself where engaging in and it didn’t seem obviously against the rules as people where openly engaged in this activity, and they themselves got me to be a part of it as well. Again at least the other staff saw what happened and where not only horrified by the behaviour of the baldy beanie guy but also offered me to come back inside. I feel extremely guilty for leaving a one star review but I feel like this rating is the least I can offer in regards to the unwarranted physical abuse I was exposed to tonight. The other bouncers and staff where amazing and professional so I feel like this might be a problem specifically with the bouncer that is insecure about his hairline and wearing a beanie whole there’s 40 degrees inside.

We came for piña, which we looked forward to. İt was our first time at complex. Definatly do not come too early because of the crew is not ready you will still have to wait even if it is time to enter.

İnside it was too war at times especially if it is full. Finding enough sace to dance was difficult and sometimes it was really sufficating so we went outside.

İf you come here and you want to buy drinks you pay for a card and the register and they put the certain amount on your card to use at the bars. You can later ask for the money back.. but yeah most will forget.

The event itself was very nice and the music was as promised

Complex festival….
Geen wc-papier, geen personeel te vinden en dertig minuten wachten voor een drankje. Met een paar extra barren had dit opgelost kunnen worden en hadden zelfs méér omzet gemaakt.

En dat pasjessysteem… Waarom geen pin? Simpel: omdat je dan niet ziet wat zo’n “token” echt kost. Ondoorzichtig, omslachtig en duidelijk ontworpen om bezoekers meer te laten uitgeven zonder het door te hebben.
