Nous venons de passer 3 nuits merveilleuses dans ce havre de paix. A l’écart de la ville, cette chambre se trouve dans un quartier très paisible facilement accessible en vélo depuis le centre ville (15min de vélo). Une supérette est située à 3 min pour faire quelques courses c’est très pratique.
L’accueil de Sonia (en français) et Ben (en anglais) a été très chaleureux, c’est vraiment ce que nous recherchons quand nous voyageons, un vrai contact humain, et des conseils de balades.
Nous logions dans la chambre bleue qui est très confortable et magnifique avec ses peintures psychédéliques… l’ensemble du logement est vraiment agréable et propre on se sent vite comme chez soi.
Si vous avez de la chance avec le temps, le petit déjeuner peut être pris à l’extérieur dans le jardin au bord d’un canal. Sucré ou salé tout est délicieux.

Sonia fut une excellente hôte! Nous avons passé deux jours dans son B&B, dans un très beau cadre avec une atmosphère paisible et bienveillante! Je recommande fortement si vous êtes de passage à Amsterdam.

Very nicely located B&B that is queer-friendly, wholesome and very well kept. Every corner of the house is decorated true to the style of the hosts, Sonia and Ben, who are very thoughtful, consistent and kind. For me, a B&B is preferably a house where people really live, as opposed to a sterile hotel experience. No interactions are pre-packed in plastic in the Firejuice. The garden is glorious, and sustainability is a strong theme throughout the house. Their breakfasts are wonderful, fully homemade, creative and extremely well priced for the crafty work. Nearby there is Twiske, a natural area that is great for hikes and cycling. For anyone who wants to truly sample the Amsterdam region, and wants to look deeper than superficial binging/partying/daysleeping. This is an accomodation I'll remember for any time I want to slow down and enjoy a place filled with character and homeliness.

Sonia and Ben are a great couple that run this place.

I had the pleasure of staying Airbnb room, and it exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the exceptional safety of the location. Nestled in a charming family neighborhood, I immediately felt at ease and secure during my stay.

They are both are exceptional hosts who truly care about their guests' comfort and well-being. Their warm welcome and hospitality made me feel like a part of their family. They were always available to offer tips on local attractions and dining options, which enhanced my overall experience.

The room itself was a cozy haven with all the amenities one could need. It was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully decorated. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in providing everything from fresh linens to toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The family neighborhood was a delightful surprise, with its friendly atmosphere and easy access to local bus stops and a metro which isn’t too far (by bus). The only drawback that some people may face is the distance one has to cover to the central part of the city once the clock strikes 12 but other than that I can’t see any reason to live anywhere else. The house has a psychedelic theme and is LGBTQ & vegan/vegetarian friendly, so if you fall in any of those categories you’ll be welcomed. Sonia and Ben went above and beyond with accommodating my dates because they kept changing due to the flight last moment changes. I’m grateful for that too.

The Airbnb room is an absolute gem. If you're looking for a comfortable, secure, and welcoming place to stay in a fantastic family neighborhood, I highly recommend booking with them. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The hosts are friendly and genuinely nice people, and they made us feel right at home. The room is beautiful, the ceiling and walls are covered with art and there is a lot to look at. I felt that the smallest touches, like the placement and color of a table lamp, were done thoughtfully and with such good taste. The house is located right on the banks of a canal, in quite an idyllic neighbourhood outside of Amsterdam. The breakfast was filling, healthy and I still fondly remember the fantastic coffee that went with it. Thank you for having us, we had a great time and we wish you the best for the future!

Lovely place with a great relaxing ambience . Our hosts were super chilled and helpful with everything . The room was cozy and the vegan breakfast were delicious. Definetly recomend if you want to stay a bit away from the city center , still easy access with buses and trains.
