We ordered a kitchen cooker and paid for it. But never get it. We only get lies that it comes tomorrow, a week later it didn’t come. Then they canceled our order but we didn’t ask for it. We still waiting for our money back.

SERVICE IS LIMITED AND POOR.

NEVER BUY ONLINE PRODUCTS VIA PARTNERS OF MEDIAMARKT.

I just ordered a product which was a TV hook last weekend. But I changed my mind and want to return.
MediaMarkt website of the product didn't say that the product couldn't be brought to the shop to return.
I just brought it to this shop but the staff said it's not possible. I have to email to the online team and wait for their reply. It's such a hassle and long-waiting procedure for an unopened package.
Compared to other locations like Drachten, the staff could do more than just scanning a barcode and looking for a package.

This location's facility looks old and the service is very limited. I will not buy online product from MediaMarkt anymore especially products from MediaMarkt partner if the return procedure is such hassle. I will go to other online platform like bol.com to buy similar or same products with simpler procedures.

Media markt Leeuwarden, the biggest electronic shop in Friesland with countless varieties of products to choose from and then pay from your purse or have it financed by higher purchase organisation's on the spot through Media Markt affiliated financing companies.
I mostly buy almost all electronic products there and I highly recommend them.

Only good if you really need something right now. Other than that, too much trashy electronis in the store. A lot of boxes just laying around and the workers dint really know much more than what the box is saying. As i said its okay to just get something but dont expect expertise or quality porducts
