We had a great stay at Villa Park. The house is absolutely beautiful. We were a group of nine and there was plnety of space for the entire family. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was in the house. There is a nice outdoor space with a grill if you want to stay at home. Its well located about 15-20 minutes to city center by car. We will definitely be back when we return to Amsterdam!

Perfect place for a large group! We stayed here as a team to attend a 4-day event in Amsterdam. The location was ideal for us to get around. The place itself was cozy, roomy, and very clean. The communication was also on point! The owners always responded to our questions in a timely manner. Would recommend and stay here again!

Our group of 6 adults and 2 children spent 6 delightful days at this wonderful house. The property is nestled in a beautiful and tranquil location, offering comfort and serenity. Each room is generously sized, the kitchen was well-equipped, the house provided ample space for everyone. The lovely garden was a perfect spot for both children and adults to relax. Situated in a quiet, pastoral setting, the house offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to local attractions. We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home, which made our Amsterdam trip memorable.

Perfect venue for large group. We had 10 people. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Great dining table for group social dinners. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen.
900 meters to shops, 700 metres to tram.
Easy to commute to city. As a female i felt safe walking to tram station.
Down side middle bathroom had no ventilation and smoke alarm went off many times due to steam. But this is minor. Would definitely recommend 😁

Great place to stay with a large group or family! The house is big, clean, and has great rooms with very comfortable beds! The service has been outstanding as well. Neal always responded quickly, gave clear instructions and helped us very well. The location is great; it is calm and safe and you can be quickly in the city by bike! Highly recommended!

We stayed at the house for a week with our extended family and had an absolute blast. the location is gorgeous. The houses are on a tree-lined quiet alley, next to a rustic sculpture park, but about 25 minutes from the city Center by tram. The house is clean, well stocked, new and very spacious. The host communicated especially well and was eager to help resolve any problems quickly. Everything was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend the property. Amazing vacation awaits

This vacation rental was absolutely fantastic for our friends reunion! We had a group of 12 and with 6 spacious and clean bedrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus with a large group.

But the true star of the show was the outdoor barbecue area! It was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities we could have asked for - a grill, plenty of seating, and even some prep space
Overall, this vacation home was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a large group!

I traveled with a group of 7. We had an excellent experience. If you have a group of similar size your money is better spent here than at a hotel.

The rooms:
- Pros: Clean, roomy, very comfortable and large beds, smelled nice, enough space to unpack for a few days, outlets are spaced well, furniture is classy and good looking

- Cons: No locks on any of the personal room doors, which aren’t necessary but would be nice for more assured privacy. Air conditioning is available in each room, but no matter how low you set the temperature it doesn’t seem to be effective. There are fans in each room, but most of them make a lot of noise. If it was especially hot out you might get uncomfortable with the heat during the night.

The bathrooms:
- Pros: very clean, modern, well stocked with toiletries (including good quality toilet paper), smelled nice, well ventilated when the head-height slot window is open, high quality door locks

- Cons: little to no counter space in most bathrooms. The topmost bathroom has large drawers (a good thing), but the middle floor communal bathroom has neither counter space or drawers.

The Kitchen:
- Pros: it has all the implements you need to make pretty much any normal homemade meal (unless you’re a master chef), plenty of fridge, freezer, and pantry space

- Cons: none 🙂
- Note: stovetop is induction, not gas

Other:
- Pros: If you want to keep clean or take the trash out you have the supplies to do so. Service and communication were excellent

- Cons:
Your Villa Neighbors are in earshot, so if they’re loud you hear them. They’re also within view, so you might be more comfortable with your shades down at all times.
