I love this store, I purchased 5 dresses for my bridesmaids & I’m happy I did! Shipping was free & quick. Crystal was a total delight, she was super responsive. She answered all my questions and addressed every concern. She processed a return when one of my girls dress didn’t fit & also help me find a replacement due to a back order. It’s been a backup in weddings due to the pandemic, but Crystal and ABC fashions will go the extra mile to meet your needs!!

Absolutely amazing website.

I was nervous, because I’ve never ordered a dress before. And even more nervous because the dress was a good price and not wack like most nowadays. I messaged on “shop” asking when it would arrive. They were so kind and even sent me a tracking link. My dress arrived in 3 days flat (+free shipping). I was so surprised to see the box, it was wrapped in “ABC Fashion” tape and I was squealing ?. The dress was delicately packaged on a hanger in the dress bag, and I tried it on. It was perfect and true to size. Nothing needs to be done to it. I’m so very thankful I came across this website. Will be ordering again for my senior prom next year, and I will be spreading the word. HIGHLY recommend!!!!! Thankyou!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a dress online for a wedding. I had a family emergency and had to be out of town and at the hospital for a week. The dress was less than quality material and did not fit me well. Since this company has a 7 day return policy with no exceptions they would not take the dress back or refund me my money. It is crazy to me that they don’t make any exceptions and a 7 day return policy with a re-stocking fee is insane. They do not have a number you can call to talk to a real person and we’re incredibly rude over email. If I were you I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Absolutely satisfied with ABC FASHION, my daughter’s dress was stunning, she looked gorgeous in the dress. Love it, the fabric, true to the size. Excellent customer service, they were always there for any questions I had. Thank you for making my daughter’s sweet sixteen so a wonderful night.

We bought a shirt for $35 for a groomsman, and it was about 3x too big. We tried to exchange it for a smaller size, but were told it would be $24 to process the exchange. This is almost 70% of the total cost. (The initial shipping was $7, not 12.) The owner had a bit of an attitude, which I find bizarre for someone running a customer service oriented business. Instead of allowing me to mail the shirt back with my own pre-paid shipping labels, she ultimately issued me a refund, told me to shop elsewhere, and blocked me from Instagram. Very strange that she'd rather lose the shirt than simply allow me to mail it back to her with my own shipping. Anyway, I found the shirt for the same price at CCO Menswear, a company that offers free returns and exchanges.

Updated to respond to owner: the mention of the “exception” was in the original screenshot shots. I posted the same comment on several Instagram posts explaining that I bought a shirt for $35 and it would cost $24 (~70% of original total cost) to exchange it and asked if we could work this out for a lower cost- hardly harassment.

Update 4/26/24 - Speaking of harassment, I received a flurry of poorly written hateful comments on my Instagram food journal page, I assume from the owner’s friends. I don’t know how someone will ever stay in business with that kind of immature attitude, surrounded by people with the same lack of intellectual maturity.

I have no words to explain our happiness with this place and how much they helped us!!!❤️❤️❤️ I want to start off by saying my experience was the best there could be Sonia and Pedro helped us so much that I was amazed on how much dedication they have for their work. We live in Oklahoma and tried to order this dress with Bella Styles and they totally disappointed us and ABC Fashion saved us from the disaster that Bella did to us. We received the dress in less than a week when we waited almost 5 months at Bella’s come to find out it was IMITATION!!! I can’t thank ABC Fashion enough for what they did I really hope people can come down here to know for themselves they are totally worth the drive and every penny!! I will be coming back for sure Thank you ABC Fashion
