From the beginning, the event coordinator Melissa had a terrible demeanor. She seemed very entitled and spoke as if she was doing us a favor. We called last Saturday and was able to schedule a tasting but there was miscommunication. I thought the tasting was for Wednesday but she called my partner and they agreed on Thursday. I was unaware so I called them myself and she told me they couldn’t do it Wednesday and had to do it Thursday instead. I know specifically the only day that doesn’t work for me is Thursday so I asked if they could squeeze us in today if not we’re gonna have to reschedule. She says, “look, you need to understand that we’re not a restaurant, you can’t just come and go”. I never implied they were a restaurant nor was I just going to come in that Wednesday, that is the reason why I gave them a call. I believe that comment was uncalled for and just supporting the fact that she wanted to feel superior. Then at the end of the phone call, she says “we don’t even do wedding tastings this time of year, we’re squeezing you in” I understand that they are busy but the way she goes about speaking is very demeaning and entitled. I wasn’t upset because I couldn’t get in for a tasting, I am upset about the way she speaks to me. I was calling to make sure we had the dates correct, not to demand a tasting that Wednesday. Then the next morning, I spoke to another caterer and I left Melissa a message to let her know I would like to cancel the tasting but she calls my partner instead of me. I thought that was very inappropriate because I’m the one who left the message and I’ve also left my number in that message. Therefore, this individual went out of her way to seek my partner’s number and call him to confirm. Her actions basically implied that my words are of lesser value. I believe from the beginning, she was just entitled and inappropriate.

Ordered Andreotti's Catering for my wife birthday.
I picked the food up myself ( HOT pickup, i.e. food is prepared right before your pickup time )
Pickup was easy and everything was ready at the agreed time.
We had about 11 people attending our party.
All food was truly amazing!
We had 2 salads, 3 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 side dishes as well as pastries tray.
I ordered small portions of each dish and at the end of the party we still had enough left overs to eat for over a week.

Definitely will recommend and order again in the future

Andreottis catered a wedding at our home. Melissa came to our home and helped us with the layout and made sure it was a smooth event. The food was incredible and the staff were professional and excellent! It was such a great evening thanks to Andreottis.

Andreotti's did an AMAZING job with our graduation party! They were really pleasant and easy to work with. The food was delicious, plentiful, and heartily enjoyed by all. In particular, theirs was the best vodka penne I've ever had, hands-down! 🙂 And the server we hired through them was fantastic! She was incredibly professional, experienced, and so very pleasant. She kept the party flowing smoothly from start to finish and did a stellar job with setup and cleanup. I will definitely look to Andreotti's for my next big party!

We were initially apprehensive about our partnership with andreotti’s because my husband and I are HUGE foodies and at the time we booked our venue, they were the sole caterer allowed on site. We were CONVINCED we would need choices. As wedding day approached, Marianne and Melissa reached out to nail down a date for tasting and review so much questions I had. We were BLOWN AWAY by our wedding tasting. Everything was homemade and you could TASTE the love they put into their food. Mike and I were hooked. Melissa answered every question and calmed every nerve. Honestly, I’m surprised she didn’t fire us as clients because of all the questions I asked and requests I had. She was more patient than any person I’ve met. My wedding was everything I dreamed of and more. They set the tables exactly as I pictured. And provided a living saint to us in form of our maître d. I fell in love with this woman the moment I met her. Unfortunately I’ve never planned a wedding and I was unaware that it’s customary to tip this particular person well; so my husband and I will need to revisit their location ?. Our maître d literally read my mind. Every time I needed something she was there, like a genie… she literally read my mind. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with andreottis and I will recommend them to EVERY person I know, always. Choosing Andreotti's as our wedding caterer will probably go down as the best decision I've ever made(other than asking my wife to marry me. Lol). Maryann and Melissa were phenomenal to work with and despite us having a million and a half questions for them, they were great and very prompt at getting back to us. Plus as an added bonus, they were veterans at providing catering service to our selected wedding venue... the USS Battleship NJ!

Our special New Year's Eve wedding onboard the battleship could not have been possible without the help from Andreotti's. They not only handled the food for cocktail hour and the reception, but they also helped us with accommodations for coats and helped upgrade the chairs for the event. And to top it all off, they also were cool with our outside dessert option for the wedding. (The Mrs. and I aren't cake people, we opted to bring in specially selected donuts from Duck Donuts which were a hit!).

I could not recommend Andreotti's more. The food was excellent and the staff that worked the wedding were outstanding. Btw, the beef short rib and chicken duglere we chose for dinner were delicious. The grilled cheese station we chose for cocktail hour: I'm telling you now, the turkey and brie grilled cheese sandwich... I'm still having dreams about it. It was THAT good.

We hired Andreotti's to cater and serve for an engagement party in December 2023, and we could not be happier with the whole experience. The food was excellent, fresh and served hot. The servers were wonderful. All the people at Andreotti's were so helpful and easy to work with and assisted us so much with the planning. We got so many compliments from our guests about the delicious food and the quality of service! I would not hesitate to use Andreotti's again for any event!
