We felt warmly welcomed and well looked after by Claartje and Willie. The room and bathroom were newly renovated and absolutely top-notch. For Amsterdam, it was a reasonably priced and unusually large room with an even larger bathroom in a prime location. The breakfast was creative. We were surprised every day with something new. We received valuable tips for our daily activities. We can highly recommend this accommodation at any time.

A fabulous b&b....location was perfect for our visit, and the accommodation beautiful. How wonderful to stay in such a beautiful apartment, surrounded by Claartje's own art & also her choice of other artists' work....Claartje was very friendly, hospitable, helpful and her breakfasts are delicious. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and have absolutely no hesitation recommending this accommodation to anyone planning a visit to Amsterdam.

¡Hospedarnos en este lugar fue una maravilla! Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y eran muy luminosas, destacando la amplitud de los baños. Los desayunos estaban buenísimos, había queso, fruta, repostería, yogur, cereales, pan, mermeladas, huevos cocidos...y el último día hubo también una especie de torrijas al horno que estaban deliciosas. La ubicación es excelente y la anfitriona Claartje fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros. Siempre tratando de agradar y muy profesional, nos aconsejó lugares maravillosos que visitar y también nos dió varias recomendaciones. Da gusto encontrar personas así cuando viajas a un país extranjero. ¡Muchas gracias Claartje, volveremos!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et spacieuses.
Nous étions un peu à l'écart du centre loin de l'agitation touristique dans un quartier calme, cependant nous pouvions rejoindre le centre en métro ou tram en dix minutes.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Claartje, qui est une hôte discrète et disponible.
Nous avons eu droit a de très bons petits déjeuners avec des produits frais et beaucoup de variétés.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit qui est une super bonne adresse à un prix tout à fait correct.

Einstein Was Here is the most charming and delightful B&B we have visited. Not only are the rooms stunning (decorated with Claartje's gorgeous artworks), super comfy and well equipped, but Claartje is the most charming and interesting host. Over delicious and very generous feasts for breakfast (which varied each day) in the magnificent kitchen overlooking the canal, we had fascinating conversations, not to mention the great tips about unusual places to visit in Amsterdam. Claartje even baked a cake for my daughter's graduation, adorned with Amsterdam flags. Every little touch was magnificent.

C'est effectivement un lieu chargé d'histoire où Albert Einstein est passé alors que ce n'était qu'un laboratoire.||L'architecture intérieure rappelle encore ce passé et c'est très agréablement aménagé. ||L'hôte est aussi une artiste accomplie qui saura aussi vous conseiller sur les visites et autres choses a voir et à faire à Amsterdam. Les chambres sont décorées de ses productions. C'est délicat et magnifique.||||A noter que le petit déjeuner est excellent et les chambres très confortables.||Un endroit parfait pour un couple.

In un palazzo meraviglioso affacciato sul canale, questo B&B è il luogo perfetto per visitare Amsterdam, comodo alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici ma ben posizionato anche per partire alla scoperta della città a piedi. La nostra camera era bellissima, come anche l'enorme cucina dove Clara serve le sue strepitose colazioni, con un bel sottofondo musicale e un profumo da acquolina in bocca. Premurosa e attenta, Clara vi accoglierà con grande disponibilità e saprà consigliarvi se sarete indecisi su cosa fare, ma soprattutto sarà un piacere chiacchierare con lei mentre bevete il suo ottimo cappuccino e gustate il suo pane fragrante, i croissant e le altre prelibatezze con cui riempie il grande tavolo in legno! Non potevamo essere più fortunati!

Sito in una zona tranquilla piena di verde, ma comunque abbastanza vicina al centro, servita bene dal tram che passa nelle immediate vicinanze. Affaccia su un canale con un terrazzo che, volendo, è utilizzabile per la prima colazione. La colazione è preparata con la massima cura da Clara, la proprietaria, che cerca di esaudire qualsiasi necessità degli ospiti, anche fornendo preziose informazioni. Avendo studiato l'Italiano, ha un buon livello di comprensione e fa di tutto per esprimersi nella nostra lingua, anche sforzandosi un pò. È veramente gentile e fa di tutto per mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio. La camera è di medie dimensioni con arredamento retro. I letti sono comodi. Il bagno è ampio e recentemente ristrutturato. Le luci della stanza sembrano molto fioche, ma il trucco è di premere a lungo il tasto-interruttore per regolarne l'intensità. L'unica cosa che manca, almeno nella stanza che abbiamo utilizzato (sono due in totale), è un minifrigo.
