Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Möbel haben bereits bessere Zeiten gesehen, Bett überraschend gut zu schlafen, zu wenig Teller zum Frühstück und Messer für Marmelade, Frühstück wird nicht mehr gebracht, 1 Flasche Orangensaft für 2 Zimmer zum Teilen, Teller mit Wurst, Butter und Käse wird vom Vermieter in den Kühlschrank gestellt für den nächsten Tag, Brot ist selber aufzubauen,. Entfernung zum Zentrum Amsterdam gut erreichbar Bus 34 und dann Metro 52 ab Noorderpark. Vermieter ist höflich und nett.

Die besseren Bewertungen liegen schon eine Weile zurück, vermutlich war es zu der Zeit noch nicht so abgewohnt. Das Frühstück wird nicht gebracht, man kann es sich vor der Zimmertür selbst zubereiten. Die allersauberste Unterkunft ist es auch nicht und das Haus ist hellhörig. Aber wen das alles nicht stört, der findet hier eine noch halbwegs bezahlbare Alternative zum Zentrum in einer ansonsten ruhigen Wohngegend, sogar Parkplätze findet man vor der Tür (derzeit knapp 10 Euro pro Kalendertag in der Woche). In einer halben Stunde ist man zu Fuß an der Fähre und im Zentrum. Und der Inhaber ist echt sehr nett!

Some hard criticism in the reviews, honestly, this was great value for money. The rooms are a bit old but the bed was nice and the room was overall clean. You get a nice Dutch breakfast in the morning. The location was nice, the metro is a 10 min walk away

Fatal. A menos de 15 días para ir nos envían un email diciendo y sin motivo aparente que cancelan nuestro alojamiento. |Y que nos busquemos la vida...

Nice room, you get basics that you need for few days. Breakfast is included which is a nice touch, however, maybe it would be smarter to invest money for preparing breakfast into improving rooms. Location is perfect, in a peacful neighbourhood outside Amsterdam, but still easily accessible by metro or 30 mins walk to the city. The host is helpful and understandable and it is easy to make agreements|

Würde ich nie wieder buchen. Wir waren total geschockt. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll. Aber ein Zimmer ohne Schimmel, ohne Seiden Bettlaken( was man nicht mal heiß waschen kann), sauberen Lüfter( Bad) und eine heile Duschtür, sowie sauberes Geschirr zum Frühstück dachte ich, dürfte man verlangen. Und keine Dinge, die gebraucht am Waschbecken stehen,vom vor Gast.

Le camere sono piccole, ma comode per poter riposare. Il bagno era troppo stretto ed era impossibile chiudere la porta per fare i bisogni. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, invece, la colazione era troppo ripetitiva. L'unica cosa che cambia di mattina in mattina era il prosciutto o il salame, ma niente di che. L'unica cosa buona era la paste chocolate.
A partire dalla quarta/quinta mattinata, il pane è diminuito nonostante fossimo due persone in camera.
L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione in quanto c'era una stazione nelle vicinanze per andare al centro, metro o bus.
Do tre stelle per via delle camere troppo piccole e per il servizio un po' scarso dal punto di vista della colazione.
