Lemonade Lounge is so nice! Bright popping colors and a great space for any kind of event! I use it for a work space and it has everything I need. Nice comfortable seats, a kitchenette and meeting room! Definitely making this place my go to co-working space!

The drive of the young lady who runs this center still amazes me. Michele did such an amazing job with my nieces baby shower. She really has an eye for detail and made our event one that we will truly never forget Definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

She has the worst attitude you can ever imagine. I can’t even imagine how she got 5 stars on her review. My event was around the corner and she won’t even return my calls or messages. She lied to me concerning almost everything I wanted for my party. RUN FROM THIS LADY MICHELE. She even went as far as altering the document I signed for the hall it was about payment. She charged $150 dollars late fee for late payment and I was not even late she personally told me I could do 3 installments towards the hall that as long as I paid one month before my event that I was fine. My second installment was supposed to be on a Thursday, I called her to let her know that I will be pay the next day because I had cash and needed to go to the bank to pay it into my account she said no problem as long as I paid before 12noon the next day she did not tell me why she said that. The next day I called her to make a payment over the phone because her online payment method was not working, she told me I called an hour late that she will with have to cancel my event or I pay her the late fee if not my event will be canceled and I will lost my $489 I used in securing the hall. I asked her how much the late fee was she said she had to calculate it, she called me back and told me it was $150 I just couldn’t believe it. She said if i did not pay it she will cancel my event and my deposit for the hall was non-refundable. I had to play the $150.

I made plans to meet with her before the event but she kept canceling and saying she was booked all month before my event and it was all LIES, long story short I was not able to meet with her until the day of my event, when I got there I found out that half of the hall was blocked and we had to squeeze in when I confronted her she said there was a leak. I just couldn’t believe what was happening. There is so many other things that happened but all I will say to you future customers is RUN FROM HER!!! She has zero customer service and she does not care if you come back all she cares about is the money she get from you at that moment. RUN RUN!!!!!!!!

Too bad I can't give it 0 stars! I paid in full $1200, on July 5, 2019 to rent the "new" space that was in the process of being finished out for our 50th Anniversary Party on November 16th. I scheduled 2 appointments afterwards in order to show the venue to my husband and daughter. One was rescheduled at the last minute and the other, we showed and she did not. I called her and she was supposedly in Frisco setting up a meeting at a hotel. So we scheduled another viewing after I returned from vacation the end of September. On September 24th the day before we were to view the venue, I received an email cancelling the event because of the venue being "closed temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances that can cause a hazard to our clients which we cannot operate our business in for safety concerns." Michelle proceeded to say that they would be processing a full refund to everyone so to please respond with your Paypal info and payments would be processed within 30 days. I sent my Paypal info (even though I had paid by credit card) and responded that since my event was 7 weeks away and I needed to find another venue immediately, that I would appreciate a quicker refund. Michelle said she'd get it processed it as quickly as possible. Needless to say, it never arrived. I have since initiated a dispute with my credit card company to get the refund. I'm still waiting to hear the resolution.
I should have been warned by the constant cancelling or no-show of viewing appointments. Even though she had told me that the new space would be finished in a couple of weeks (mid-July), I was still seeing work going on every time I stopped by to take a look.
I have to believe that she never had any intention of providing the venue for our party and certainly never intended to refund my money. I'm so thankful I put it on my credit card instead of writing her a check.
Thankfully, I was able to secure another venue, although it was 10 miles farther away, the people were very nice and easy to work with. The Party Barn in Wylie!
