After our original car rental place did us super dirty, we rented a car from CA Car! Thankfully he had a car for us super last minute! He was so helpful and made car renting so much easier. If you follow the directions you will have no issues. Very simple rules to follow. They do also have free transportation to the airport as well. Overall 10/10 will recommend 🙂

Well where do I start with this place besides getting hit with all these upsides down charges and fees not too mention that I had rented a jeep compass out with them jeep ended up having problems in the middle of the night so now I stuck on I drive it’s late like 11pm im calling them for help or some type or roadside assistance no answers did you know I had too spend the night in the car cold ? because I don’t know if they had a kill switch on car or the battery went dead it was so horrible my anxiety was too the roof and on top of it all I never made it too Miami for my uncle funeral and they didn’t come change out my rental until like 9 am This the worst experience ever and now they are not giving me back my full $300 deposit I’ve called numerous times no answer!! Really unprofessional service

When Hertz couldn't uphold my reservation I made with them, CA Car picked me up at the Orlando airport and took me back to their business. There, they made renting a car very easy and were straightforward with policies. Gentleman that picked me up and worked the front desk was exceptional! Would check these guys out first before booking with a big rental company. 100% would recommend!

Señores !!!! Estafa a la vista ….son unos irresponsables imaginen que primero habían dicho que el depósito era de $500 y cuando llegamos nos querían cobrar $1000 de depósito y no te aceptan el seguro de tu tarjeta de crédito tienes que contratar el seguro de ellos que es de $70 diarios …
Vaya engaño….
A parte tienen nombre de CA CAR Rentar y su imagen y fachada es de una empresa llamada YESAWAY… está YESAWAY la estuve buscando por todo Google y no aparece sede de esta empresa en Orlando … hay que averiguar y ver si de verdad tienen contrato firmado con esta empresa YESAWAY no vaya a estar si utilizando ese nombre sin autorización….

Initially, this company seemed very diligent and had great customer service and communication. This was because I had extended the rental quite a few times during the contract. Communication was top notch. Fast forward to returning vehicle. I dropped off, full tank of gas. I text the gentleman I was returning vehicle and got a thumbs up. Next day, I reached out for an update on the deposit, asking for a break down of any charges that may have incurred due to tolls, etc. I got no response but they have their read receipts on so I know they have read my message. 2 days later, I ask for an update. Same story, read, no reply. Weekend passes and I ask for any sort of communication. Read, ignored, and now here we are. They are happy to take your business (Money) but when requesting info as a customer that had gave them business over 2 weeks, I believe this is unacceptable on the companies part. CERTAINLY A BUYER BEWARE. I RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Aqui é golpe na certa. Cuidado com as locadoras do aeroporto que vão te jogar neste engodo. Não alugue carro com esta empresa, pois não são pessoas honestas ou corretas. Eles vão te extorquir algum valor na entrega do veículo. Aluguei em maio de 2024 e, entreguei o veículo ao proprietário, do jeito que havia retirado, limpo e com tanque cheio. Foi feito a verificação e me disse que estava tudo perfeito. Após alguns dias vejo um débito no meu cartão de crédito, sem nenhuma justificativa. Não responderam meus emails; não responderam as mensagens do whatsApp e não atendem minhas ligações telefónicas. Fiz contato com um advogado em Orlando e relatei os fatos. No próximo mês estarei lá, pois estou comprando um imóvel e, vamos entrar com uma ação na corte contra esta empresa. Fiquem atentos!
