Omg the fish is delicious! Not dry, their sauce is delicious as well. The Ca nuong is moist, juicy and perfect ti make spring rolls. Service was fantastic and the service is great. Highly recommend. So good we ate it all...

We love Ca Nuong. Today is our first time trying Ca Nuong here. When we walked in I recognized the long long time chef, I told my friends I knew that man, ca nuong will be good. We just want to try ca nuong today since the quality of ca nuong from the other restaurants went down. Oh my goodness, it’s so tasty and delicious. You can ask for fish sauce (nước mắm) if you don’t like the traditional sauce (mắm nêm). I strongly recommend you to try cá nướng, you won’t be disappointed. ?. We love their tea too, they serve the tea instead of water, what a great idea! ?

I was adamant about trying another "cá nướng" place after the quality of Saigon Block went downhill.
But oh boy, this place is amazing. From the quality of the fish to the crispiness, everything is on point.
They also carry a lot of specialty dishes like goat (dê xào lăn) and buttered scallops (sò điệp chiên bơ).
TLDR: amazing Vietnamese food, highly recommended.

We only went here for the catfish wrap. The small is $65 and the large is $70. I can't remember the price for the extra large size. The large is enough for 4 adults. You might need more lettuce or the rice paper wrap. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking. The place gets busy during lunch and dinner time but they seem to have plenty of tables to accommodate the crowd. Would we go back? I am not sure. I might try another catfish wrap first though. The service was mediocre since they took our order then delivered it and didn't check on us afterwards unless we can wave them down.

Everything is BIGGER in Texas, and specifically in this case, the KRISPY baked fish, southern Vietnam style!
Been here before and have not try the fish crispy baked, …. Mostly because we didn’t have time.
This time, my sis and bro called in and ordered ahead of arrival … meaning while we were on the highway!
Service wise, nice people … but I can see they are extremely short handed!
Food wise, impressive baked fish they brought out!
I wish they give us a bit more options when it come to dipping sauces!

New grilled cat fish in DFW alert ‼️:
1. Grilled cat fish is moist on the inside, and has a crispy, flavorful char on the outside. The sauce (aka mắm nêm) enhances the natural flavors of the fish, very authentic taste (intense taste), the way I like
2. Grilled grounded beef wrapped in betel leaves (aka bò lá lốt) is very juicy.
Overall: Recommended for authentic Vietnamese dishes, 5/5

Delicious food, great quantity, reasonable pricing.
This.place is well known for this baked catfish, but it's starting to get over saturated in the area with 3 other places that also make it.
I got the combination pho, com thit nuong bi cha, bun tom thit nuong cha gio, and Cafe sua da.
The coffee was on the sweeter side, not horrible but not my favorite.
Pho, I think could've given more meat but otherwise the flavor was great.
The rice and vermicelli portions were great and the meat was soft and flavorful. Definitely coming back to try more!

Just went to Ca Nuong Mien Tay in Richardson for family lunch and everything we got was so good! I didn’t get a picture of the Mango, squid and shrimp salad but that was my favorite thing here!! It was so good and they are very generous with the portions as well. The workers here are super sweet too! We also got the Large Ca Nuong and Banh Hoi Mien Tay platter! Definitely recommend. Great place for family lunch/dinners!
