A true gem in Hilversum! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We were warmly welcomed by Valentin, whose service was outstanding – from presenting the menu to giving detailed explanations for each dish, everything was done with elegance. The atmosphere is cosy and very warm, with a décor that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The food is refined, true to French tradition, and the wine list is excellent, with options for every budget. As locals, we can say this is one of the best restaurants in the region, if not the best. It’s a pity that Valentin will soon be leaving, as he truly made our evening unforgettable.

Had a lovely experience eating lunch. Salade Riche and some oysters. The oysters were of good quality and were easy to eat (properly cleaned and loosened, which is always great to see). Salad riche was also very light and delicious. It really is a place to enjoy French local cuisine, about all products are (French) local (including the bottled water. The outside terras is comfortable, it is a busy area with lots of people passing through, but that also makes it entertaining if you enjoy observing people. In all, a very fond experience and worth repeating. They also have a fine selection of wines and good champagnes (even by the glass).

Went out for dinner at the recently opened Café Français Emmanuelle. This restaurant has all the hallmarks of the French gastronomy. From the oysters accompanied by a cremant wine to the poisson du jour (sea bream) and the cheese platter: everything was packed with flavour.

The service of the staff was excellent, whom were all talkative and listening to our preferences.

Last but not least, the new restaurant breathes the atmosphere of a French bistro with a modern twist.

Would recommend going if you are interested in French cuisine.

One small part of feedback: it is difficult to hear each other across the tables when the restaurant is full.

Wat een fijn plekje! Super sfeervol en ongekend gaaf interieur! Het voelt écht alsof ik een avondje uit was in Parijs. Het eten was allemaal super smaakvol, verfijnd zonder gekke poespas en mooi opgemaakt. De coquilles en de artisjoksalade zijn een aanrader! Personeel is super vriendelijk en ook het terras ziet er zeer uitnodigend uit. Ook een lekker plekje voor een lunch in het weekend of avondje cocktails drinken. Ga hier zeker nog veel terugkomen!

Echt enorm lekker gegeten! Prachtige opmaak van de borden, en zeer smaakvol. Ook de bediening is top, aanrader dus!

Het eten was lekker, de bediening deels heel vriendelijk en attent. De wijnen zijn van matige kwaliteit (inkoop onder de 6 euro wordt voor 7 euro het glas verkocht). Het interieur buiten heel charmant maar binnen onnodig schrewerig, doet goedkoop en meer instagramable aan dat wat anders. Al met al een prima avond gehad maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt helaas niet. Porties zijn echt te klein voor wat je ervoor betaald.
De persoon die in onze wijk liep had duidelijk een favoriete tafel. Deze kregen de volle aandacht en gratis cocktails, terwijl wij geen contact meer met hem konden maken.
Dus wil je gezien worden in de nieuwe ‘hotspot’ in Hilversum lekker gaan. Verwacht alleen geen bijzondere culinaire ervaring en al helemaal geen goede wijn…

The ambiance is very nice but unfortunately we had to wait around 1.5 hours for our main dishes without any explanation or even an apology. We ordered the Turbot fish, but we are not convinced that it was actually Turbot. The portions were also very small and the taste was completely different from what we expected. Considering the amateur level of service, this place does not justify its high prices. We truly hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the service and food quality, as the ambiance has great potential.

Genoten van dit fantastisch nieuwe restaurant in hartje Hilversum. Goede bediening die een fijne sfeer weet te creëren . Gerechten zoals je die mag verwachten maar dan met steeds met iets extra's waardoor je aangenaam wordt verrast. Een prachtige wijnkaart waarvoor we graag terugkomen. En dat in een ambiance met durf en flair ingericht. Echt een aanwinst
