To jest hostel, więc prywatności brak, w nocy wszystko słychać, ale są szafki na szyfr, dostajesz pościel i ręczniki, w kajucie jest światełko, USB i siatka na telefon, parking publiczny dostępny, zdecydowanie wersja ekonomiczna spania.

Dit hotel maakte een uitstekende indruk vanaf het begin. De check-in ging snel en zonder problemen. De kamer was modern, ruim en schoon. Het bed was heerlijk zacht en zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en alles smaakte vers en lekker. Het personeel was vriendelijk en altijd attent. Ook de bar en lounge waren gezellige plekken om de avond door te brengen. De rustige sfeer maakte het verblijf extra prettig. De ligging was zeer gunstig, dicht bij winkels en restaurants. Dit hotel is een aanrader voor iedereen.

J’étais dans un dortoir pour femmes seulement au rez-de-chaussé. Seulement une toilette sur l’étage pour tout le monde et beaucoup d’attente. Pour avoir accès aux lockers, c’est à l’exterieur de la chambre droit devant l’entrée ce qui n’est pas pratique du tout. Les douches sont horribles et mal propres, même chose pour les lits. Le rideau est chouette à avoir et le lit est confortable mais c’est tout. Les bouches ventillations ont besoin d’un coup d’aspirateur et la seule prise dans mon lit était qu’une prise USB/C donc pas moyen de brancher autre chose qu’un telephone. Nous avions reservé 2 nuits mais après une seule nous avons quitté. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS.

I am 66 and was travelling to Europe for 2 months on my own.
I started my trip in Amsterdam and booked 4 nights in Purmerend not knowing much about the area.
The bus from Central station took me through a lovely town and I wished I was staying in that town - it WAS Pulmerend.
I had the most amazing time staying here.
The bus stop to take me to Amsterdam was right outside, the town was lovely and the accommodation was fantastic.
It allowed me to see many places in The Netherlands on day trips and the town had everything I needed close by.
The staff were amazing and this was the start of a wonderful trip to Europe and a great introduction to The Netherlands without the crowds

Well worth the money, I only stayed 3 nights and I had a pleasant stay without any unresolved issues.
Women’s toilets and shower room were cleaned frequently. Beds were clean and comfortable and it was silent at night. The bunk beds provide privacy with the curtains and they have a light and charging port inside. In terms of location if you’re finding Amsterdam too busy then and are here to unwind then this is the place for you. Amsterdam is about a 40 min bus ride and there’s a bus stop just outside the hostel.

I don't mind a basic room for a cheap price.
However, this hostel is very dirty.
When I got to my pod, I found multiple long black hairs all over my bed plus my blanket didn't have a cover and I doubt they wash just that part, since that's not how that's meant to go.
Toilets look like the ones on a train. The floor is wet, hair and other circumstances in the sink plus no paper towels available. Also, how's 4 toilets for the entire hostel ever a good idea? Also be ready for people throwing clothes all over the shared dorm room, plus all over the locker area too. Making it look like a homeless shelter (even though it's not).
I requested a bottom bed due to my physical health, but they didn't assign me one.
Only stay here if you're down to pay a cheap price in order for a bad time.

My friend and I stayed here while we were backpacking. We were a bit scared because we had read several negative reviews before we arrived. Luckily we were pleasantly surprised. A majority of the negative reviews were regarding the lack of AC units in the sleepingpods, and yes that was true. But it was manageable, and the days we stayed here where rather hot. Regarding showers, we never had to wait. The showers were in lockable stalls and were also fine. The kitchen met our expectations by the fridge being packed and some fruit flies.

The real high point was Purmerend. The commute to Amsterdam was short and simple. But on it own Purmerend is a cute and small town with easy access to grocery and other stores.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made a big difference. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was big enough for two people and very comfortable. The bus stop is literally right at the door, making it super easy to get around. We were traveling with a bag and they kindly let us leave it at the hostel after check-out, which was so thoughtful and helpful. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
