I love the new cookie releases every week. It's fun to check the app weekly to see if they have any flavors I would want to try. I'm finally rating crumble 4 stars because crumble has come out with mini versions of their cookies weekly too. The app is amazing as well because you can accru points for freebies. Sometimes, the cookies can be to raw for my taste at this location or there not enough sauces or toppings, but it just depends on the flavor and batch.

Horrible dumb people here placed an order online hours ahead Just to come in and them tell me they ran out of the 3 leches cake ok fine they could have just replaced it....when we had called to double check the guy that answered confirmed, we had placed the order online hours ahead! Just to come and the dumb lady decided to refund the money in which I didn't place the order MY friend gifted it to me she just told me to go and pick it up so the lady decided to refund her and asked me to pay I told her it was already paid for I didn't bring my wallet because it was already paid for....stupid upset and never coming to place or pick up from this location left with nothing because they are idiots here and couldn't just replace the 3 leches with another damn cookie

This was my first experience with Crumbl Cookies: I thought it was fabulous. I'm not sure what others were talking about it being too sweet ~ mine were just right- if anything, if the double-chocolate was any Less-sweet, it would have been Savory. It was delicious.
I took off 1 star for:
1. Not as many choices
2. They could have been warmer & a Wee crunchier
3. Although there were 2 employees there (guy & a girl), they basically couldn't be bothered to interact with us. When he handed me my cookies, a smile was too much for him, I'm guessing.
However,
Back to the cookies- I got a butter one, chocolate chip, double chocolate, and banana peanut butter. Their buttercream Could be a little bit more buttery, but all cookies were really very tasty. I would go to Crumbl Cookies again.

Update:
I went back today & tried a new one: pink icing. Delicious. I also met the owner. Lovely, stand-up guy. I changed my rating & added a well-deserved star; the cookies were warmer crispier, and the people were friendly. ?
Oh- I also agree the prices are reasonable for all you get.

Seems par for the course based on other reviews here, but here was my experience. It is dirty in this location. One tablet doesn't have a screen, the other was broken. I made an online order an hour and a half prior, when I came in they were out of the cookie. I asked for a refund. An obviously unhappy person named Cynthia came to process my refund and could not produce a receipt because her printer was broken. She said she would text it to me. The text included the charge not the credit. I had to go back in asking for a receipt again and showed her the text. Then she asked what I wanted her to do she couldn't print a receipt. I had to take screenshot of her screen. It smelled bad in there. I asked how they could be out of a cookie in the afternoon when they are open until 10pm? She said she was understaffed and said she just worked there. "What do you want me to do?" For the price they charge this is insane. There were three people working at the time. If 3 people cannot produce 6 cookies when one isn't even a cookie on a weekday in the afternoon something is wrong. Pretty pathetic

I visited your store for the first time Saturday night, my first Crumbl visit ever actually, and it was not good. We arrived at about 7:30pm to no one at the counter, which was completely untidy, and the only employee was near the back of the store. The employee did not engage us, and it took us looking at the menu board and asking if everything was sold out for him to curtly respond in the affirmative. The store is presumably going to be open until 10pm based on the hours posted, but there was not an offer of “we’re baking more” or “we’ll have more in 10 minutes”. He just put his end back down to whatever he was doing and we were left to leave with a pretty bad taste in our mouth.

I’m not saying I will never come back to give this store another shot, but it will certainly not be a place I put at the top of my list or recommend to any of my friends based on this experience. I do hope this feedback can help you make positive change in your franchise.

Cookies were great and the prices were not bad.
1 cookie was $4.78
4 cookies were for $15.98
We went with the four, the choices of the cookies were limited which is why I gave a 4 star review. You self order at the place with an iPad (great for someone who’s introverted like me XD) order is being made fresh and came super fast.
Cookies were a little too sweet for my liking but over all were delicious and big. Worth the price and trip.

I didn't get my full order.
The cookies appeared to be thrown in the box. They didn't close the box correctly. When I walked in, it seem like like I was interrupting a conversation amongst employees. They did, however, greet me, but that's all. For a first-time customer walking in, it was not SWEET, impressive, nor a warm welcoming.
I called the store at least 3 times to confirm my order was freshly made that day since I pre-ordered the day before. No one picked up the phone. I received a text shortly afterward to text, "here" when I got there. And when I did (the next day) text, "Here," they never came out to my car to deliver it to me.

I'm very disappointed. The store was not busy to even use that as an excuse.

Terrible customer service- don’t bother ordering ahead and paying ahead of time- they run out without saving the cookies for a preorder. So disappointing as they were for my daughters birthday party and only received a couple of flavors we already purchased. Staff extremely rude about it - with absolutely no apologies- it’s bad when another customer is the one apologizing to you! Super overpriced minis and sadly they just lost a customer today!
