Love this apartment complex in every way and this comes after just renewing our lease. It’s clean, secure with tons of amenities. The units look great and are spacious. Tons of variety of options, and most importantly the best and friendliest staff both in leasing department, admin, and maintenance . Ralph and William are two of the best guys I’ve worked with anytime I needed maintenance done and they always deliver great smiles, are super respectful and take pride in their work

Only just moved in but so far so great! Shoutout to the maintenance team for holding it down for us. We put in some work orders and they’ve addressed and fixed our needs in a very timely manner. Special thank you to Jose as well, super helpful, friendly, and executed some professional repairs to my apartment.

Erin was wonderful in showing me around this beautiful property. She is a real asset to the place. El Centro is gorgeous and peaceful. I would highly recommend anyone consider it. The location is unbeatable, prices very reasonable, and the apartments are beautiful. I was very impressed with the grounds and courtyard.

I can't recommend this property enough. It sits in the heart of Hollywood yet once you enter the complex it's quiet and serene. The property is very well maintained in every way, from the common spaces full of tall plants that will transport you to a peaceful jungle, to the clean and well lit hallways and all the amenities they have to offer. This place is huge and you never get bored hanging out at the pool, or any of the fireplaces and common areas. You can mingle with neighbors that are always up and about.

The apartments are VERY well built. I have never heard a single noise from either of my neighbors. The bathrooms in these units are HUGE and all the finishes are on point. High-end, modern, and very comfortable.

If you have pets, this is the place! They have a great dog park that gets cleaned a few times per week.

The pool is awesome as well as the hot tub. This place even has a sauna. I've never lived in a complex that has a sauna and it's amazing.

The Staff - Make sure you meet Pleasure and Sarah, two of the most lovely and helpful people you will ever encounter. They always have a smile on their faces, willing to help with any needs and are a joy to deal with. These two lovely ladies know how to treat their tenants.

The pics are from my studio apartment - It was a bungalow and these units are comfortable, cozy, and just plain epic!

This place definitely deserves 5 stars. The apartments are quiet and spacious and it's so convenient to have access to Trader Joe's and two gyms within one block away, aside from great food, plenty of shopping and theaters. Run! Don't walk - rent here. You will not regret it!

Erin who gave me a tour in El Centro made the process seamless. she was attentive to my needs and made suggestions to really find somewhere I can call home. So thankful that I met a genuinely nice person. I gave Erin the time period of my move in date which was later on in the year and she followed up with me to make sure I knew she would continue to follow up with me as that date grew closer. so appreciative of all her help.

We’ve been at El Centro for almost three months now and we love it. The entire move-in process was smooth. We worked with Pleasure and Star, which were both very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The property is very well maintained, with parking and other great amenities (Sauna, kids room, yoga room, gym, pool, jacuzzi, sun room, etc). Our apartment is beautiful, up-to-date appliances, large windows and a spacious layout. It’s really the best value in the area for a Penthouse. I love the community vibe! They have regular events/classes where you can network/mingle with your neighbors and such. All around a great experience thus far! 10/10 Recommend.

El Centro Apartments is paradise. I've lived here for a couple months and it's by far the nicest place I've ever lived in LA. Beautiful, lush landscaping, amazing amenities like a gym, pool, hot tub, a dog run and communal areas that are cleaned daily. Chris Figueroa was my leasing agent and made the whole application and move-in process smooth. Chris and Star are two of the most delightful people you'd ever meet, and they've been amazing through my whole move-in and getting settled. They remain friendly faces in the lobby/leasing area whenever I come in, and I can't say that I've had that in any other building I've lived in. The apartment itself is gorgeous and I'm really glad I made the decision to live here.

I was very happy after I got my open items fixed in my apartment by Ralph Rodriguez. Ralph fixed everything and did it fast and professionally. He knows what he is doing and does it well. I was very happy and now I can continue enjoying my apartment with everything functioning well. Thank you Ralph and thank you El Centro.
