Nu voor de tweede keer naar dit guesthouse geweest. De tweede keer is minder goed bevallen dan de eerste keer. We hadden via de site de achterkamer gereserveerd maar kregen de voorkamer. Omdat het vrij gehorig is (zowel binnen als buiten het guesthouse) hadden we graag de achterkamer gewild. Het guesthouse is naar mijn mening ook niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen ( vanwege de gehorigheid ) |Locatie en prijs zijn prima.|Tip: vraag bij de reservering expliciet om de achter - of de voorkamer om teleurstelling te voorkomen.

Guesthouse is zeer goed gelegen, makkelijk te bereiken vanaf het station en niet moeilijk te vinden. Ook is de ligging erg mooi, vooral met kerst. De service was voortreffelijk, geen klachten. De drankjes waren erg lekker, wel iets aan de dure kant maar je betaald voor de goede service.

Een fijn guesthouse op een uitstekende locatie in het centrum van Maastricht!||Gezellig, schoon en ruim. Prima bed. Vriendelijk ontvangst waarbij we nog tips kregen voor eetgelegenheden. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Stayed at Maastricht Guesthouse as an international student completing a intensive 3 week course. The guesthouse accomodation was organised by Maastricht University centre for European studies (CES). I stayed in a twin room with another student in 'P' block. We had a kitchen and a fridge however no oven. Cooking utensils and pans were accommodated for our cooking needs. The beds, although single were very comfortable and in the 3 weeks of my stay I do have to say that it has been the best I have slept. Great beds! It is more like a dormitory so it's not a hotel and don't expect it to be like one. I was staying as a student so I was very very happy staying there. Security guards monitor the guesthouse which is reassuring. Clothes washing and drying facilities are great, the showers and toilets are shared and they are cleaned daily. I enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse and have no complaints at all. I stayed in February so it is very cold and snowing in Maastricht and at no tiime did I feel cold as the radiators worked great! The Jumbo supermarket is close by and the guesthouse has bike hire. Only about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Maastricht or Maastricht University and probably only a 20 walk to the border to Belgium. Although not in the centre of Maastricht it's not far from it. However I would take a taxi to and from the train station as it just a little too far to drag your baggage. I had a fantastic 3 weeks accomodation at the guesthouse but I didn't expect much for the price I was paying. No complaints and I found it much better than a YCMA accomodation or backpackers, if you need to compare in regards to that price of accomodation. Remember whilst in Maastricht or Netherlands a bike is a must but I walked all the time and never found the Guesthouse far from anything. Never had a better sleep since! I found the accomodation fine for my needs.

They are very unprofessional and our guetshouse had a lot of serious problems: both the radiators and the hot water were not working, and everytime we call for a reparation they were not able to do it. If you want an advice, don't go with Maastricht Guetshouse but instead find other agencies that will give you for sure a better place

Great location. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower. About 15 minute walk from the train station. Hostess is very welcoming.
