I visited the Holiday Inn Airport for my mom’s class reunion. We used the meeting room and the accommodations were really nice. I want to shout out Jake, who provided technical support for the sound and technology equipment. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was super nice, patient and very helpful! He takes his job serious and he left a great impression with us!
The food wasn’t great, but the sweet danishes and muffins were good. The food was hot. The temperature of the room was comfortable and the space was nice.

The rooms need to be updated/renovated. The carpet needs to be replaced or removed. This is an older hotel, so there was a slight musty odor. The staff was nice when greeting you. We ordered food from the restaurant inside the hotel and it was nasty. There was no flavor, and the oil that was used tasted old.

We had a large conference in the meeting space and turned to the Holiday Inn after our original venue cancelled on us. I wasn't expecting much being so last minute, and from an airport hotel, but I am immensely impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, communication of the sales manager (Malissa) leading up to the event, and smoothness of the entire ordeal. I am seldom impressed with hotel catering but the food surpassed expectations as well. 10/10 all around

The hotel itself is clean. But I believe my room has a spider issue. I woke up with five different places on my forearms where I had been bidden by something.
The restaurant was staffed and we were waited on quickly. Everyone was happy with their food choices.
Easy access off the interstate. Just down from the airport.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Due to traveling I spend a lot of time in hotels. The lady at the from was very rude and disrespectful. She could definitely use a class on how to treat patrons. I’m sure she hates her job and should probably find something else to do besides dealing with the public. Will definitely not be staying here again and will be talking to someone higher up in the morning. If it wasn’t 11 pm checking in I would have found somewhere else to stay.

I have stayed at this location several times but this last visit was a huge disappointment and embarrassment as I had recommended it to my mother in law and the service was rude and not customer friendly at all. I work in hospitality and as a training manager I would have first counseled the front desk staff how to interact professionally and not totally turn off customers with the way the speak and interact with people. After that counseling there would be a effort to retrain but likely I would let that particular employee go because she is not suited for working with the public. Rude and condescending is not ok. The room was ok but only enough towels for 2 when there were 3 people and we were told there were no more towels available so I had to share a towel with my daughter. All in all I will not be rebooting at this location. I will in future be booking at the Comfort Inn as I have been told they do not treat customers like this.

Stayed in the room one night & this hotel is the first hotel to charge me a smoking fee of $500 & I smoked down stairs in my car....might I add that I'm a medical Marijuana client & need my meds for comfort & sleep & the only reason I get a room is to get away from the country & relax! I'll definitely understand if I actually smoked in the room but I don't bring my meds to my room out of respect! Never again will I waste my money here again & my room was actually nice but lying like I smoked in there is something else!

We reserved the townhouse sweets for a birthday party & weekend & suite 436 was filled with ants in the kitchen/dining area. No one came to service the rooms so we ended up at Walmart buying bug spray. The bec in suite 434 had bugs/ants. The furniture needs to be cleaned or updated. There are stains all over the sectional. They need to dust the cobwebs on each floor. Surprisingly, the breakfast was great. The private balconies were a plus (indoor)
