The waitress (I believe her name is as Tressa) was super nice, bubbly and talkative. (Some may find it annoying because she’s loud) but I looked over that because her service was great. I got to the table before my mom arrived and when I told her my mom was walking to the door, she immediately went to go greet her and take her to our table. She also checked on our table multiple times. The food was hot and fresh. The Sangria was really good and the pitcher was only $25 and we got about 4-5 drinks out of it. Better than spending $8 for 1. Overall I would recommend and will return

I had a good lunch at the Joliet Olive Garden - I had Shrimp Scampi and Spinach Artichoke dip. Felix my waiter was awesome. Only reason I give a 4 star for the atmosphere was because the manager seemed to be arguing with the hostess in public.

We met (12 of us) for a family birthday party on a Sunday at 7:30pm and the restaurant was full. Our wait was still short.
The place is huge, and has glass-enclosed wine racks as walls in some areas. Pure ambiance. There were several large parties, but the staff was great! Plenty of personal attention and a joyful atmosphere. We all had a lovely meal. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this location!

We really like going here but the last time we went they served my daughter raw chicken tenders. Good thing I noticed it before she had a bite. The manager did apologize but still disappointed. I'm posting this as a heads up for parents with young kids.

We have dined here a couple of times since it opened. The atmosphere is suiting, although it does get VERY busy - and therefore, packed.

The breadsticks are DELICIOUS! I would visit this restaurant just for them! Food is decent. Wait staff is friendly.

Their wait list platform is very efficient and user friendly.

The restaurant is beautiful, all the decorations and atmosphere is just spotless. It is classier then other locations for sure. You can only enter from one side and one direction, which is inconvenient if you are coming from Costco. So getting in is kinda inconvenient. There was plenty of parking when we went there. Our server was super nice and friendly. We did feel rushed though. We got our salad, soup and appetizer pretty fast and then very shortly after got our our food. We hadn't even started on our pre food yet. That being said the food was really fresh and tasty, except for the fact that the chicken was not cooked all the way so we had to return the Chicken Alfredo. The manager offered to prepare another one for us to take with us, free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Overall had a good experience.

Lisa (our waitress) was great, she always asked us if we needed anything else and made us feel great! I love Olive Garden always but that service was great. The food was delicious and will recommend this place to anyone!
