My experience today was so-so. I will say the husky manager that came in after lunch was friendly friendly.I got the smash burger for my veterans day meal and added a salad bar which was very tasty. when I ordered my burger I asked if it came with tomatoe and mayo, you can get it on the plate, ok great! I was the only one at the bar and tried to have small chat with the lady behind the bar, she wasn't haven't much to do with it. i did notice she spent more attention to her phone and never addressed me my whole visit. When my burger came up there was no tomato and I asked where my tomato was. she then went to the register and looked or did something and out on a plate was this excuse for a tomato, like it was my punishment for interupting her. I appreciate the fact that Ruby Tuesday offered us Veterans this meal. Not wanting to feel guilty or be ruse myself, I did leave a tip. Reason I normally don't go out to eat.

Very good service, but the lettuce wasn't fresh on the salad bar or my sandwich. Fries were half limp. They could do better.

The food had a little too much dressing on it.
The staff was very attentive.
Some of the other guests were distracting.

Ordered the American smash burger with the salad bar on the side. Got the brisket quesadilla for an appetizer. Very good! The wild berry iced tea is amazing as well! My man ordered the jalapeño queso bacon burger. He enjoyed it a lot!

My burger was ok. My wife had salad with salmon. Lettuce tasted like it had been sitting in the dressing for a long time. Salmon very bland no seasoning at all. She also had a mixed drink that tasted like it just had coke in it. Restaurant was not clean. Won’t be back.

I normally go in and get my food but I had my infant with me this time and didn’t want to get him out his seat to go in and back out so I called in the curbside parking space that I was there for pickup and whoever picked up the phone was nice until I said if someone could bring it out the her tone changed to an attitude and before I could finish asking my other questions he said someone can be out whenever they and hung up in my face. So I didn’t bother calling again, then I sat outside for almost 20min for someone to bring it to me and when I got home my burger was cold and not cooked well done like I ordered it was still pink and i also asked for no tomato’s because I have a slight allergic reaction when I eat them and there is tomato’s on it and I don’t know until my second bite and my face started itching anyway if I had the time and patience I would sue and make sure that lady was fired I just threw it away that’s 15 down the drain and a rash

We came for the salad bar and it was OK. They had a hard time keeping up with the containers and refilling them. That was the highlight until we sat there and watched a lady go through the line with her child and the child was putting their hands in the containers and tasting away, lick his fingers, etc., so probably won’t be back. We both ordered steak and baked potato. Both steaks were way overdone but waitress. Kathy was super nice and loved how she kept. My husband loved and honey. He thought she was hitting him.

I ordered take out online from this restaurant for lunch. I arrived at the time the food was supposed to be ready to a fairly empty dining room (Maybe five or six tables).
My order was not done. I waited for ten minutes for my order to be ready. When I got back to my office I opened the Chicken Pasta Mariana to see food that was in no way what I thought I was ordering. See attached picture. There was barely any marinara sauce and the chicken was bland and half the size it was on the website. Just not at all good.
I also ordered a cheesecake. Frozen solid. Yup, I can chip at it but actually using a fork to slice into it was impossible.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving.
