Dikke 5 sterren! Ik was naarstig op zoek naar (tijdelijke) woonruimte en dit was een perfecte oplossing. Martijn hielp snel met een voor mij passende woning en dacht enorm mee in een voor mij hectische tijd. Ik vond met hem een gemeubileerde topwoning en kan iedereen aanraden via Swan Short Stay te huren. Hopelijk kom ik niet meer in de situatie terecht maar als ik nog ooit tijdelijk iets nodig heb: Swan Short Stay! 🙏🏼✨

I stayed in one of their apartments during 6 months and everything was perfect. Every time I needed anything, Martijn and Harry were more than happy to help. They made my arrival to the Netherlands way easier. I would rent an apartment with them again for sure! I highly recommend 😊

The apartment was great and martijn was very understanding and an excellent landlord. He was always very quick to respond, well intentioned and non intrusive. Very helpful service as he even let me stay an extra night to accommodate my move to the next apartment. Overall a great and recommended stay!

I have used the service for more than a year. Martijn is flexible and helpfull, takes perfecly care about customers. The two flat that I rented were semi-new look and comfy. I am totaly satisfied. I will deffinetly call them next time when i will need a flat in the NL.

De twee belangrijkste zaken voor mij als verhuurder zijn betrouwbare huurders en maximale bezetting. Martijn van Swan Short Stay levert beide. Hierdoor kan ik huurders een verblijf op hoog niveau bieden. Martijn is pro-actief in het zoeken naar nieuwe huurders en zorgt er zo voor dat leegstand tot een minimum beperkt wordt. Met zijn uitgebreide screening vooraf zorgt hij voor huurders die respect hebben voor de woning die ze huren en de omgeving waarin ze te gast zijn. Bij problemen zorgt hij direct voor een oplossing ook als ik zelf niet beschikbaar ben. Ook denkt hij kritisch mee en geef advies om de beleving voor huurders nog beter te maken. Ik werk al vele jaren met Martijn samen en hoop dat nog lang te blijve doen.
