We went in for our lunch today/late lunch and service was slow once we ordered. The waitress did handle our drinks and checked on us several times the process of bringing out our food was god-awful. It took well over an hour and why we waited that hour the table behind us was never cleared, even though nobody was sitting there, the appetizer plate that our party got for a meal set up at the warmer who knows how long dried out the burgers were. The food was just awful. When I brought it to our waitresses attention, she just made excuses of the shift change and all this other stuff I said it doesn’t matter about any of that I mean she even said they leave the table dirty so that they won’t sit it. I doubt we will go to this one again, by far the worst location and experience I’ve had in a Texas roadhouse. The excuses and the overall experience were just not acceptable, and a manager was nowhere to be found.

The service was good. The steaks were GREAT! My complaint is about the sides. The quantity of green beans was lacking, but seriously, why is Texas Roadhouse serving Great Value brand mac and cheese?!? The Mac was just pitiful. Was not the quality of even Kraft mac and cheese. I'm posting a photo for everyone to see.

This was the first time I’ve been to a Texas Road House and the food was excellent. Each meal was cooked perfectly. Steaks were tender and juicy. Service (Jorge) was outstanding. We had a large party and he didn’t skip a beat. Highly recommend this location.

Took one of my favorite family members to a late lunch. This place never disappoints! The double grilled pork chops, me, I chose the 6oz sirloin with baked sweet potato and Caesar salad, steak was a perfect med. rare, potato was huge, Scrumptious as always, salad was perfect crispness! The service there is impeccable could not ask for a better atmosphere and friendly faces as this place offers. From the hostess, the servers, management I can’t say enough great things about this place. I do believe this is my favorite place for a Great meal!!

We came on a Thursday evening, they were busy but our food came out very quickly and was delicious. The rolls, Cactus Blossom, my Jamaican Cowboy were so good and the steaks were perfectly cooked (medium rare). Our server and the manager who touched our table were awesome.

We had a birthday party of 11 tonight. Our waitress was spectacular. She was so wonderful threw out the night. She had a very sweet smile and was cheerful the visit. I don't remember her name, my fault, but our service was just perfect. Thank you so much!

Alejandro was our server and we had amazing customer service. He was very friendly and took care of our needs. The food was very good - the bread is to die for! Atmosphere was great as well. Would love to come back! Great job!
