I've been here for about 12 hours already. I'm not sure how you would describe the place. It is by no means luxurious. But it is clean, quiet, and cheap. I chose this place because I pretty much had no other choice. I was too late to find anything in Amsterdam, and I'm only traveling through The Netherlands on my way to Morocco, so I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money on a place in that city. I found this place on booking.com and it had a few good reviews--I can see why. I'm in my own small room right now that has the bathroom just outside of the room. I have a tv in the room, internet, a heater, and a nice bug-free bed. What else do I need? There's also a large desk in the room--and I forgot to mention the full kitchen just a few steps away. You can really save on food this way because the supermarket is no more than 100 yards around the corner.

Well... shared shower - more less. Shared WC - at the lowest point, but still acceptable. Mosquitos throughout night - too bad! Ping-pong with booking.com with the invoice - that's unacceptable! Speaking about "bad previous visitor, who broke a door knob" - it is curious, what would be said about me to the next visitor? And asking a write a positive review in TripAdvisor to "make it cheaper next time" - I still think it's better to write a REAL review than to indulge. The price was also pretty high. What forced to give another star? Only convenient location. So, double think before choosing TTI.
