Very friendly & helpful staff. Manager Dawn took time with me when I was having difficulty with my TV purchase. She even carted my new big screen outside & loaded it in my car!

Manager and other staff at customer service are frustrated and they take their frustrations on customer. I simply asked to return the gift card I didn't use. One associate walked away with attitude and manager showed attitude. Also stop looking at me by ignoring. Walmart sells gift card but don't post signs informing customer that they can not be returned. I am very loyal customer at this Walmart. Very disappointed in customer service and policy.

No cashier available to ring me up so I'm forced to do it myself. I don't work for Walmart and I don't get a discount for doing their work for them. On the way out they had audacity to ask for my receipt to make sure I did their job correctly. No thanks, kept on walking. Want to verify everything is paid for then supply a cashier to do the job.

I went to this Walmart (Chesterfield Commons) tonight 10/19/ 2024. It was exactly 7pm. I went to the deli and the lady behind the counter ignored me for at least five minutes as she was cleaning a meat slicer. Then when she finally noticed me she was irrititated that I wanted some turkey sliced. This is a Friday evening. Your webpage says the deli is open until 8 pm. Some people count on that being true. Before she even got my order she slammed the closed sign up on the counter. I just think you should be aware that it happens often that they close the deli very early.

It's just ridiculous. They have 4x the amount of women's clothes that they do for men and even less for boys. Women still have a full wall of swimsuits for women and 12 total swimsuit for men with 10 being 2xl or bigger... Very few soccer balls to pick from. This store had now one to check me out so had to check out myself just to have someone come over to verify my age. Just don't go...

So glad this walmart allows veterans to ask customers for one dollar instead of actually helping them get the money the government owes them. Waste of space of a manager.

This is the WORST grocery store I've ever shopped at! Fruit cups were all melted and refrozen, ALL bakery items were Stale, fresh fruit/ veggies in deplorable conditions. Get it together Walmart! I will NEVER shop at this Walmart again. TERRIBLE AT TAKING CARE OF FOOD!!!!!!!

The incompetent management allows the store to fall into total ruin. Everything is filthy and broken. Lazy employees leave wet spills unattended for so long that it dries and becomes sticky. Paying customers are harassed at the doors and accused of theft after leaving self-checkout. This location needs a complete and total overhaul of leadership.
